I just decided (or maybe I decided an hour or two ago) that I wanted to try to write some blurbs here again, just like the old days, when it was just blurbs & maybe some tiny pictures snatched from elsewhere & maybe some misdirected or misguided cultural criticism. How does that sound?
Yeah, that's what I said, too.
So in the spirit of that I offer a couple of things, sans actual bullet points:
First, I didn't like the new Batman movie as much as I wanted to or as much as people seem too. I do, however, like saying silly things in Christian Bale's Batman VoiceTM: (serious guy, Eastwood transposed down a couple of steps & maybe Rich Little doing Eastwood raspy) "I SAID MILK AND TWO SUGARS..."

Second, my friend Roy & I have started a weblog about eating called What We Had To Eat. It's about eating & drinking. If you go there now there is one offering from me about a drink I had a week or two ago. I hope that this new weblog does not seem to some an idea lifted from the noted internet mind Stan Gregory, author of the engaging What I Had For Lunch, a weblog created out of spite (good-natured spite). Like other late-to-the-party underachievers, Roy & I have been talking about the weblog for at least 18 months but literally doing nothing about it until this week.
Thirdly, Scrabulous is dead. Bummer.
