This omelette had all of the major pork-based meats on it plus red-pepper pecans. It cost 10$ in Portsmouth NH. The toast is pizza bread. There are other pictures like it in the reissue of Stephen Shore's book American Surfaces, though this one is mine. Also keep an eye out for the photo of Bill Eggleston driving with drink & lit cigarette in hand. Classy.

On the eve of my 3rd of 4 final reviews (the 4th being the terminal review of my terminal degree) I find myself strangely calm. It's either confidence or ignorance, possibly both.
